1964 Pontiac Convertible
1964 Pontiac Parissienne. This car is the Canadian verion of a Bonneville. Canadian Pontiacs had chevrolet chassis components as well as the 327 engine and Powerglide automatic transmission. This was a nice low mileage car that has always been cared for. It still retained its original paint until a year ago when it was repainted. Paint job is driver quality single stage enamel. The color is a little lighter than factory. No rust repair, but there are 2 rust holes in the back of the rear wheel wells at the trunk brace. (pics below) Otherwise very solid and original floors and body. Chrome is all original and is in good shape for its age. No pitting. All glass is nice, but the windshield has a chip. Interior is very nice. Door panels are original. Seats and dash were redone to original. Top is new and works great. Top boot is original, but has shrunk up alittle, so it doesnt snap on right. All weatherstripping is new including door seals, trunk seal, and roof rail seals. Original engine was completely rebuilt less than 1500 miles ago. All door jambs, trunk, and hood have very good alignment. CD player under dash. Power steering and power brakes. This car drives like new. We took this car on a 300 mile round trip to Phoenix and it performed flawlessly. Very reliable car that is ready to enjoy. Comes with tons of recipts and even the original sales receipt and owner manuals.
