1966 Corvette coupe L36 390hp Big Block. True Survivor car that retains most of its original sunfire yellow paint and has just over 66,000 miles believed to be correct. Many years ago the front surround and passenger door were repainted due to a very minor ding in the passenger side fender above the bonding strip. Im assuming they painted the whole surround because of rock chips perhaps. The Paint still shows very nice but is lacquer cracking on the nose. There are also quite a few other small flaws, chips, etc in the paint due to being applied over 50 years ago. Excellent door and hood gaps. Interior is original with the exception of the carpet and seat covers which were replaced. Beautiful Dash and gauges. Seat belts are still soft and retain the original tags. Has original Jack with hammer. Matching numbers drivetrain. Optioned with TI ignition, teak wheel, telescopic column, power antenna, 3.55 Posi rear diff, and Knock off wheels. All 5 wheels are original Kelsey Hayes, not reproduction. All glass including windshield are original to the car and never removed, all in very good condition. All chrome is original and still shows very nice. No rust on frame. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer original Big Block Vette anywhere. Just got judged for the first time and was 50 points away from a Top Flight, so with a few minor changes it will easily get the blue ribbon. Excellent Candidate for a Bloomington survivor award.
