1972 Chevrolet C-10 pickup. The current owner has had this c10 for 20+ years. Always a solid and rust free vehicle that remained stock until about 4 years ago when he brought it to us for a full restoration. The already straight body received show quality paint in the original yellow color. All of the chrome and stainless were refinished. Interior is all new as well as the weatherstripping. A custom stereo was installed with amps and JL subwoofers. The original 4 bolt main 350 was rebuilt using a scat 383 1pc seal crank and scat I beam rods. Hyperutectic 10.1 compression pistons and full roller valvetrain topped with Patriot Aluminum cylinder heads with stainless steel valves. Ignition system is a fully electronic MSD with 6a box. Hooker headers with flowmaster mufflers. Fluidine radiator keeps her cool. The 4 speed transmission was rebuilt. It was then sent to the well known “Valley Spring Service ” in Phoenix, AZ where it received a custom 36″ lift. Pro Fab adapter lowers the driveshaft angle. Dana 60 axles with 538 gears and air lockers. FabTech shocks at all 4 corners and 54″ swampers on custom made rims. This truck is 10ft to the roof. A custom made aluminum big capacity fuel tank was fitted to the truck that fills in the Driver Side wheel well. Lower headlights were installed as well as mudflaps for this truck to be street legal in Arizona….thats right, it is street legal. Truck has had under 600 miles put on her since the restoration. Paint is still excellent with the exception of a few chips and one ding on the drivers side rear quarter panel underneath where the mud flap bar hit the body. (this happened when the truck had longer mud flaps and they got sucked under the tire in reverse)(problem now solved) Runs great and drives like a Monster Truck. Only the Baddass need apply.
