| 1963 Dodge Dart 170 2 door sedan. Fresh Pro Build just completed with over $125,000 invested. Started off as a nice rust free AZ body. Car was tubbed with all Chassis Engineering components. Shortened 9" ford posi traction rear with 3.70 gear ratio. Fully adjustable 4 link suspension with coil overs. Front suspension is a Magnum Force tubular K-member with tubular a- arms and adjustable coil overs. Wilwood disc brakes help stop this beast. Engine is a brand new Mopar Performance block with a forged 4150 stroker crank making it 472 cubic inches. Mopar Performance Aluminum heads and crossram. Full billet valve train and engine is fully studded w/ ARP hardware. Brand new Holley carbs for crossram setup. Custom made headers and mandrel exhaust with Jet Hot coating. Aluminum cross flow radiator with electric thermostat controlled fan keeps it cool. Engine backed by a Keisler 5 speed manual transmission with chromoloy gear set. Paint and body work finished by Hi Speed Rod and Custom in a Du Pont Viper Red. Laser straight and fully sanded and buffed to show quality. All door, hood, and trunk gaps aligned to perfection. Detail inside the jambs, trunk, hood, etc are equal to the quality of the exterior paint. Interior work done by Eddie Salcido using original silver vinyl and patterns correct for a stock 63 dart. Trunk is finished beautifully. Dash was smoothed and custom painted silver to match the interior. . This car has vintage air AC and heat as well as a fully custom sound system with adjustable JL audio subwoofer. Alpine deck is hidden in the glove compartment and can be controlled by remote control. Every piece of weatherstripping is new in this car. All of the chrome and stainless has been refinished. By far the nicest 63 Dart in the country and definitely one of the most unique Mopars around. |
