1967 Chevrolet Impala Convertible. Very nice and solid car with only 68,000 original miles. Car retains all of its original sheetmetal. Original Floorpans and trunk. Never rusty. Cosmetically restored in the 90's with a fresh repaint of the original and very desirable Marina Blue in hand buffed lacquer like original. Still shines like new but has a few chips here and there from age. Nice quality paint job, all jambs, under hood, trunk, are nicely detailed. Weatherstripping and felts were replaced with new as needed. Door panels and dash are original and very nice. Seats were recovered with reproduction original seat covers. Steering whell has some chips and cracks. Gauges look great and they all work. New top in white. Last year the owner invested over $16,000 in mechanicals. Engine is a crate 385 cu in ZZ4 with aluminum fast burn heads, steel crank, 4 bolt main, full roller w/ 510 lift, Hi torque starter, jet hot coated headers, holley 750, and MSD ignition. Rebuilt turbo 400 trans w/ hughes 2100 stall convertor and shift kit. Flowmaster dual exhaust. This car runs flawlessly and reliably. All of the suspension components and brakes were replaced or rebuilt. Car was converted to power disc brakes up front. Fuel tank was cleaned and sender was replaced. We have all of the receipts for the mechanical work and they will be included with the car. Car rolls on Ralley rims and BFG Radials that are like new. Chrome and stainless have all been refinished on this car. Grille is excellent. Glass is all very good, but there are few very minor scratches from age.This car is an absolute blast to drive and cosmetically is one of the nicest 67 Impala convertibles I have come across. Everything works as it should with the exception of the clock and radio. One of the most trouble free and reliable cars in my shop, ready to enjoy some top down summer cruising.
